- Click CANCEL ITEM and select your reason.
- Place your order again on Samsung.com or the Samsung Shop app.
- Note: Any promo codes used in that purchase can be reused within one to two hours after the order was cancelled. If the CANCEL ITEM button is no longer available, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery.
