- Go to My Orders.
- Select VIEW RETURN LABEL.**
**The option to return will only be available next to your product if it is within the 15-day return window — or 30 days for POWERbots and vacuums. For recently delivered items, the RETURN Button will show within 4 calendar days of delivery.
The RETURN LABEL option will only be available to customers that had their orders shipped to their home.
No shipping label is necessary if order was picked up at a local Samsung Store, since all Samsung orders should be returned there.
Best Buy orders should be returned directly to a Best Buy store. All items must be returned there within 15 days from the date they were picked up.
NOTE: For Samsung purchases picked up at Best Buy, you do not have to return the item to the same store that you picked it up from. You can return it to any participating Best Buy store.
