How to successfully complete your Samsung Trade-in:
- Print your Trade-in Shipping label from the Trade-in Welcome Guide
- Also available on My Orders after the new product ships
- This label is only for Trade-in devices and will not work for Samsung Returns
- Ship your Trade-in within 15 days of delivery
- First carrier scan must be within the due date to prevent any potential charges
- If you decide not to complete the Trade-in, simply ignore our e-mails and we’ll process a charge for the credit received, plus tax
- make sure to remove all personal information and accounts, and perform a factory reset.
- Look for an e-mail confirmation to confirm your Trade-in shipment is received and another once it’s inspected
- Once received, we will inspect your device and send an e-mail with the results within 3-5 days
Please note: If you send a device that doesn’t qualify for the full Trade-in value received, we will automatically credit for the value of the device received and send you an e-mail to have your device returned if you do not agree with the results.
Important: If you opted to pick up your new device at a retail store, you’ll still need to use the provided prepaid shipping label to send us your Trade-in device. Please do not try to drop off your Trade-in device at a physical retail location.
