If you're trading in a device as part of a new order, you will need a trade-in label to ship your trade-in device to Samsung.
This should be made available to you via email within 48 hours after your new Samsung device has shipped out.
You will not receive a paper label with your package.
If you have lost or discarded the label email, you can log into your Samsung My Orders page to find and print the label out.
Important: Before trading in your phone, make sure to remove all personal information and accounts, and perform a factory reset. This will help Samsung to process your return even faster. You can find instructions and short videos on how to do this on Samsung’s Device Trade-In FAQ page.
