Follow the steps below to link an existing Samsung Financing account with TD Bank to your Samsung Account.

1. Confirm that your Samsung Account and your Samsung Financing account share the same email address. If they do not, update your Samsung Financing account email to match your Samsung Account email before proceeding.
2. Make sure that you are logged out of your Samsung Account.
3. Visit: https://www.samsung.com/us/tdlink/#/link-your-account
4. Click GET STARTED
   
   
5. Sign in on the same Samsung Account that was used to apply for Samsung Financing.
   
   • Note: If you see the screen below, then you have not applied for Samsung Financing with this log-in information and will need to use the original log-in information, or submit a request to link your Samsung Financing account to your Samsung Account email address.
     
6. If you see the following screen instead, enter your billing zip code, last 4 digits of social security number, and date of birth to identify your TD Bank Account > Click VERIFY
   
7. If verification does not pass, you will see the following screen. You can try again by clicking Re-enter Info. If you still cannot verify, contact TD Bank for further assistance.
   
8. After verifying, if you see the screen below, then you need to first call TD Bank to complete their application, then try linking your account by clicking Link Your Account at the bottom of the info box.
   
9. If you see this screen, then your Samsung Financing account is successfully linked to your Samsung Account.
   
10. If you see the screen below, then you have never applied for Samsung Financing with this Samsung Account's current email address.
