The quickest way to access an invoice from a previous order is through your Samsung account:

1. Log into your My Orders page.
2. Scroll down until you find the item(s) associated with the invoice you are looking for.
3. Click the VIEW INVOICE link on the right side of the page.
4. Click the Download link in the upper-left corner of the invoice to download or print it.

If the order you are looking for does not appear under your My Orders page, or to find an invoice without logging in:

1. Visit the Search Orders page.
2. Under the Find Order as Guest section, tick the checkbox for the order type you are looking for: Product order or Subscription order.
3. Enter the Order ID and email address associated with the purchase* into the first two text boxes.
4. Enter one of the following pieces of information into its correct text box:
• Shipping Zip Code
• Billing Zip Code
• Phone Number
5. Click View Your Order to pull up the order information.
6. Click the VIEW INVOICE link on the right side of the page.
7. Click the Download link in the upper-left corner of the invoice to download or print it.

*If you receive an error, be sure to try other email addresses you own, as you may have made the purchase with a different email address.
