When a product sold on Samsung.com is available at a lower price from a different retailer, Samsung may match that price.

• Price matching can be done on an existing order, or one you're about to place.

• To be approved, a price match request must meet certain requirements, which are outlined in this article.

• You'll be informed via email whether your request is approved or rejected.

• If approved, your price match will be in the form of a:

  • Promo code (for an order not yet placed)

  • Refund (for an order already placed)

What Are the Requirements for a Price Match?

• The order hasn't been delivered/picked up yet, or is within the 15-day return window.

• The product is available from an eligible retailer and in stock at the time of request (see below for details on eligible retailers).

• The eligible retailer is selling an identical product to the product that’s in your order.

What Retailers Are Eligible to Price Match?

The list of eligible retailers for price matching depends on the product you’re purchasing.

For smartphones, tablets, laptops and wearables (watches, Buds, Ring, XR)

Orders can only be price matched against Samsung.com and the Shop Samsung App.

Example: A product sold on Samsung.com has a lower price in the Shop Samsung App.

For TVs, projectors, sound devices (including speakers and soundbars), monitors, and memory and storage products

​

For home appliances

Additional notes

• Membership-based retailers (like Costco and Sam’s Club) and membership pricing are not eligible for price matching.

• A product must be both shipped and sold by the approved retailer to qualify for a price match.

Steps to Request a Price Match

Before contacting a member of our Order Support Team, make sure you have the following:

• Your Samsung Order ID (for orders already placed)

• The name of the product

• The name of the retailer where the product has a lower price

• The URL of the product's listing on the retailer's website

• A screenshot of the product listing on the retailer's website

Price Match Approvals

You’ll receive a response within 24 hours whether or not your price match is approved.

• For an approval before placing an order, you'll receive a promo code that can only be used on the product you're price matching.

• For an approval after an order is placed, you'll receive a refund for the difference between the prices.

Things to Note

• The price must be advertised at the time of the request and is exclusive of tax, shipping and delivery fees, special pricing (such as used or open-box), and any post-purchase rebates or adjustments (including but not limited to trade-in offers and mail-in offers).

• The price must also be available at the time of purchase or within the 15-day return window (for delivered products), or between the order pick-up date and the last day to return (for orders placed online and picked up at a retail partner).

• Only 1 price match can be approved per order when price matching a lower price on Samsung.com or in the Shop Samsung App.
