How do I request a shipping or delivery exception?

Unfortunately, neither Samsung nor our carrier partners are able to make shipping or delivery exceptions once an order has been placed. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Package hold request
  • Pick-up request
  • Additional delivery options

If you plan to refuse an order once it arrives, it is at the discretion of the driver to honor that request.
