Do I need to send back accessories with my trade-in?

No. You do not need to include accessories (watch bands, chargers, etc.) unless you are trading in wireless headphones, in which you should send all charging cases and cables.

Important: Before trading in your phone, make sure to remove all personal information and accounts, and perform a factory reset. This will help Samsung to process your return even faster. You can find instructions and short videos on how to do this on Samsung’s Device Trade-In FAQ page.
