How do I track the status of my trade-in?

You will receive an e-mail once your trade-in is received and processed. You can also log on to your My Orders to check the status of your trade-in.

If you place a request with us to send your trade-in device back to you, Samsung will send you an email with tracking information within 3-5 business days of the request being placed. The option to return your trade-in device back to you is only available if your device did not meet trade-in requirements.
