How long do I have to send in my trade-in device?

You have 15 days to send your trade-in device from when you receive the shipping label. Labels are typically generated 2 days after your new device ships. You can download your trade-in label by logging in to your My Orders page and click Print Label.
Important: Before trading in your phone, make sure to remove all personal information and accounts, and perform a factory reset. This will help Samsung to process your return even faster. You can find instructions and short videos on how to do this on Samsung’s Device Trade-In FAQ page.
