Why can't I see my Samsung Discount at checkout?

- If you sign up with a personal e-mail that is not registered, you will not see the discount. Make sure your account is verified.
- You must be signed into your Samsung Account with your student or work e-mail so you will be directed to the checkout page where your discount will be visible.
- You will see you are logged into your Samsung Account and ready to purchase when you see the below message at the top left hand side of the page:
