Verified tax-exempt individuals can get a refund for the taxes paid on their order after it has shipped out.
To get a tax-exempt refund:

1. Get a copy of your tax-exempt certificate
   • Contact your company's finance department or your state's tax department to get a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
     
     
2. Place your order online
   • Order on Samsung.com or Shop Samsung app using the same billing or shipping address on your tax-exempt certificate.
   • Taxes will be charged but can be refunded for verified tax-exempt individuals.
     
     
3. Fill in the tax-exemption Refund Request form on Samsung.com after shipment
   
   • Go to our Contact Us page.
   • Select Refunds, Replacements, and Returns and Tax Exception Refund Request. Click Contact Us to fill in a form to let us know about your request.
   • Include your (1) order number, (2) invoice and (3) tax-exempt certificate to verify.
   • We will get back to you in 3 business days when our tax team verifies your tax-exempt status.
