Return and Refund Timing:
- For P.C. Richard & Son returns, if your order was returned with the 15-day time frame, a refund should be provided within 10 business days from the date the return was accepted.
Return and Refund Details:
- Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the order being picked up from the store.
- Your order can be returned to any participating P.C. Richard & Son store.
- Items purchased on Samsung.com that were delivered to you cannot be returned to any retail store, or vice versa.
- If you do not see a Return button to the right of your order on your My Orders page, it means that your order is no longer eligible to be returned.
- Returns for televisions, monitors, and other home entertainment products must be in new, or like-new, condition, in original packaging (including accessories and manuals), and with all personal data removed via factory reset.
Return/Refund Method:
- Once your refund request has been accepted and the returned item has been received and approved for a refund, Samsung will return the funds to your original payment method.
- Your financial institution may then take an additional 5-7 business days to process the initiated refund before it appears in your account.
