Some promotions or credit will only be visible in your cart.
From your cart, click "Total Savings" on the right side of the screen to see a list of all promotional savings applied to your order.
If a promotion isn't applying to your order, please check for the following things:
- Make sure the products are eligible for the promotion.
- Look to see if the promotion dates have expired.
- Check that the promotion code is entered correctly with no spaces entered afterward.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser.
- Try again with a different device.
If you're still experiencing an issue, look for an error message explaining why the promotion isn't being applied.
When two promotions that cannot be combined are added to the same order, the best one for that order will remain applied to the order automatically to be certain that you're getting the best deal.
