- Samsung will initiate your refund within 10 days of receiving and processing your return. For the order to be successful, the return must include all items including accessories and promotional items.
- Please note that, as the order items are processed separately, refunds may be made in more than one transaction to your original payment method. You may need to wait 3 to 5 business days for the refund(s) to be fully processed.
- For a product to be eligible for a refund, it must be returned to the original place of purchase within 15 days of arrival. This applies to purchases made at Samsung.com, Samsung Experience stores, or Best Buy locations.
