If the product is eligible to be returned, you will see "Return eligible through" followed by a date, just beneath the tracking status of the product.
Products that are not eligible to be returned will have "Return window closed on" followed by a date instead. Return windows cannot be extended. You can find troubleshooting steps and product supporthere.
