Do I need to send back accessories with my trade-in?

The following devices have accessories that need to be included with the trade-in device to avoid fees or reduced trade-in credit:
Wireless headphones: All charging cases and cables
Any device with included S Pen (phone, tablet, PC): Include the S Pen that came with the device
Other accessories do not need to be included with the trade-in device.
Important: Before trading in your phone, make sure to remove all personal information and accounts, and perform a factory reset. This will help Samsung to process your return even faster. You can find instructions and short videos on how to do this on Samsung’s Device Trade-In FAQ page.
