- If you missed the opportunity to request a trade-in when you placed your order, you won't be able to request it with that order.
- To participate in Samsung's trade-in program after placing an order, (and if your order has not already shipped), visit the My Orders page to cancel your order and place a new order with the trade-in program selected.
