Why is my order missing items?

Missing Products:

  • Products within a single order may ship separately. Check your My Orders page for shipping updates to track any individual items.
  • If a package is delivered and a product shows on the packing slip but is not in the box, please contact us directly via phone or chat from our Order Support page.

Missing Parts:

  • If you are missing a part (mount screw, TV remote etc.) please visit our Product Support page and select your device to view options in receiving a warranty replacement.
