Why can't I place an order?

If you are trying to place an order, but are unable to do so, there are several things you can try to resolve the issue:

  • Place the order from a different device.
  • Use a different payment method.
  • If you are ordering from the Samsung website, try ordering from the Shop App instead.
  • If you are ordering from the Shop App, try ordering from the Samsung website instead.
