How do I sign up for Samsung Care+?:
All eligible devices can be enrolled in Samsung Care+ on Samsung.com at time of device purchase.
Eligible devices, that are within 60 days of phone activation, can also enroll in Samsung Care+ via the Samsung Members app. Simply launch the app and search for "Samsung Care+." Click on the content card that appears, and then click "Check Eligibility." If your device is eligible, you will then be prompted to follow the steps for enrollment.
When does Samsung Care+ begin?:
Samsung Care+ begins when you successfully enroll, or when the item ships out.
I forgot to add the Samsung Care+ offer to my pre-order. Can you add it to my order?:
No. Changes can’t be made to an order after it’s been placed. You must opt into the Samsung Care+ offer before proceeding to checkout on Samsung.com.
However, if you’d like to get the Samsung Care+ offer, please consider placing a new preorder on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app before pre-order ends (1). After selecting which device you like to purchase, please click +Add under Samsung Care+ and proceed to checkout. You can then cancel your previous order on Samsung.com.
