Important: For Reserve and Pre-orders, if any portion of your reserve or pre-order credit is used with your pre-order purchase, any remaining credit will be lost and becomes unredeemable.
If your order qualified for an eCertificate, or some other form of credit, it will be sent to you via e-mail 35 days after the last product in your order is delivered.
Here are a few scenarios that may impact when the credit is sent to you:
- You initiated a return, but decide not to return your order
- We’ll send the certificate 15 days after the return window has expired
- You cancelled or returned your order
- Your order would no longer qualify for the eCertificate
- The terms and conditions for the specific promotion has a different timeline
- It’s possible that the specific promotion on your order has different terms and conditions that would supersede the general guidance given above
