- Go to Samsung.com/us
- Browse or search for the items that you want to purchase and add them to the cart. To qualify for store pickup, all the items in your order must be available at the Samsung Experience Store.
- Select payment method as Pay in Full or Samsung Financing. Note that Samsung Upgrade and Carrier Financing are currently not eligible payment methods for in-store pick up.
- The checkout page will inform you if all of the items are available for pick up at the Samsung Experience Store, by sharing an indicator next to the photo of the product.
- Click on PAY NOW.
- In the DELIVERY OPTION section, select Pick up at a Samsung Experience Store and select from the available stores.
- Enter contact details for the person that will pick up the order.
- Enter payment information and click Continue, followed by PLACE ORDER.
Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email notification. Only the account holder will be able to pick up the item(s) in person.
Please be sure to have your Order Number and a government-issued ID to help the retail team match you to your new device.
Note: The name on the government-issued ID must match the pickup contact details provided at checkout.
If you do not pickup the order by the pickup date, for your protection, Samsung will cancel and refund your payment to the original payment method provided.
One final reminder email will be sent a day before the last day to pick up the order.
