- Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the payment method cannot be changed (unless the first payment has failed). However, customers may cancel a successful order and create a new order with the desired payment method.
- To cancel an order, customers can go to their My Orders page and cancel the item there, or reach out to Samsung Order Support for assistance.
