1. Go to https://www.samsung.com and find and configure your product.
2. Once you’ve added and configured your product, select “In-Store Pickup” from the delivery menu.
3. On the map page that pops up, click the "SELECT" button on the store that works best for you.
4. Click on the "Continue" button on the product page to move forward with the transaction.
5. Select any add-ons that you'd like on the next page, or click on the "Skip add-ons" button.
6. Select your payment method.
7. When the page refreshes, click on "Free Pickup" and enter the first name, last name, email address, and phone number for the person who will be picking up the item. Note: Once you've completed this transaction, you will not be able to change this information.
8. After the page reloads with the information that you've inputted, click on the "PLACE ORDER" button to complete the transaction.

Once the chosen store has located and prepared your products, you will be sent an email to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up.* When you go in to pick up your order, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID with you.

Your order will be canceled if it is not picked up within 5 days.
