What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program where users earn Samsung Rewards points by buying Samsung products and using Samsung services. Points can be redeemed toward purchases on Samsung.com/Shop and in the Shop Samsung app.
How do I enroll?
If you do not already have a Samsung account, create one and you can enroll while you are creating it.
If you already have a Samsung account, there are a couple of ways to enroll:
- You can enroll when you activate Samsung Pay by accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Samsung Rewards Program, or by tapping the Samsung Rewards icon within the Samsung Pay app.
- You can enroll while using the Shop Samsung App.
How do I earn points?
Earn Samsung Rewards points when you purchase eligible products on Samsung.com and the Shop Samsung App. You can also earn points through other Samsung services such as Samsung Pay and the Galaxy Store.
How many points will I earn for products purchased?
The amount of points available to earn for each product depends on the product itself. To determine the amount of points eligible, look above the Continue or Add to Cart button located at the bottom of the product description page. There you will find rewards information in the form of percentage from your purchase. See the image below for an example:
How do I check my point balance?
You can find a summary of your Samsung Rewards points and the purchases that you earned them from, by visiting https://www.samsung.com/us/support/account/order/#/my-rewards. You will need to be logged into your Samsung.com account to view this information.
When will the points that I earn show in my account?
Points that you earn through purchases will be yours to use after the return period has ended (15 days after product delivery).
How do I redeem points that I've earned?
Log in to your Samsung account while you are making a purchase on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to use your points to pay for all or part of qualified products on Samsung.com/Shop and the Shop Samsung app.
Is there an expiration date for Samsung Reward points?
Yes. All points will expire one year from the date they were earned.
Can I get a refund on points?
Yes. Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order can be refunded if the order is returned. You'll see your points returned to your account within 5 days once we have received and processed your return.
