How do I get my trade-in device back?

  • We cannot return your trade-in device if it has been accepted and processed at our facilities.
  • If your device was not accepted, you can request it back within 7 days of it being processed by logging on to your My Orders page and request your device to be sent back. Please note that there will be a charge processed to your payment method for the trade-in discount received once your trade-in device has been delivered to you.
