Refund requests for Best Buy pick-up orders

Return/Refund Timing:

  • For Best Buy returns, if your order was returned within the 15-day time frame, a refund should be provided to you up to 10 business days from the date the return was accepted.

Requesting a Return/Refund:

  • Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the order being picked up from the store.
  • Your order can be returned to any participating Best Buy store.
  • Items purchased on Samsung.com that were delivered to you cannot be returned to any retail store, or vice versa.
  • If you do not see a Return button to the right of your order on your My Orders page, it means that your order is no longer eligible to be returned.
  • Products purchased on Samsung.com that were delivered using Best Buy's same or next day delivery service can also be returned to any participating Best Buy store, or you can generate a return label to ship the product from your My Orders page.

Return/Refund Method:

  • Once your refund request has been accepted and the returned item has been received and approved for a refund, Samsung will return the funds to your original payment method.
  • Your financial institution may then take an additional 5-7 business days to process the refund before it appears in your account.
