To cancel your order, visit My Orders, or search for your order here. If it can be cancelled, you will see a button with the option to cancel next to each item:
Note: If the Cancel button is not available, the order cannot be altered or cancelled online or by our Order Support team. Additionally, some items cannot be cancelled if any part of the order has been shipped.
If your order cannot be cancelled, refusing it at the time or delivery or returning it will be the fastest way to get a refund.
