Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to return an item?

Once a return has been initiated, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping return label attached. You can also access the label through the My Orderspage.
Important: Before returning your phone, make sure to remove all personal information and accounts, and perform a factory reset. This will help Samsung to process your return even faster.
