Payments
If you change your mind after you buy the new device and do not want to return your old device, you don’t need to do anything. You will not get the Upgrade Credit and must continue to make payments as required by your Samsung Financing Terms.
Samsung Upgrade
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If the carrier is unable to deliver your product to you, a note will be left on your door with details on the next delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, our couriers will return your order to us and we will refund your account
Shipping & Delivery
You can purchase up to two products per product category, per e-mail address and/or shipping address within any 12-month period with the exclusive pricing/offer provided by our Samsung Offer Program.
