Where's My Order?
If you change your mind after you buy the new device and do not want to return your old device, you don’t need to do anything. You will not get the Upgrade Credit and must continue to make payments as required by your Samsung Financing Terms.
You can purchase up to two products per product category, per e-mail address and/or shipping address within any 12-month period with the exclusive pricing/offer provided by our Samsung Offer Program. TV installation cannot be added to an order that has already been placed. Instead, you can cancel your current order on the My Orders page and place a new order with the service selected.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after placing an order, with the exception of adding an apartment number that wasn't previously added to the order.
