If you change your mind after you buy the new device and do not want to return your old device, you don’t need to do anything. You will not get the Upgrade Credit and must continue to make payments as required by your Samsung Financing Terms.
TV installation cannot be added to an order that has already been placed. Instead, you can cancel your current order on the My Orders page and place a new order with the service selected.
